In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Hellostation.co.in shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, Hellostation.co.in may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Hellostation.co.in will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Hellostation.co.in accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed.
The payment may be processed prior to dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account.
5. Hello Station reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed by Hello Station the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.
6. In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Hello Station will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. 7. On receipt of your purchase order Hello Station shall promptly dispatch orders subject to availability of goods. In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. On cancellation of an order after it has been processed/approved by Hellostation.co.in, the cancellation charges will become applicable @ flat rate of 10% of the order value or Rs 750 (whichever is higher). Hellostation.co.in has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Hellostation.co.in and to accept Hellostation.co.in decision regarding the cancellation. Products once dispatched cannot be returned. Nothing herein will prevent you from returning the product pursuant to rights available to you under applicable law.
8. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by Hello Station for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
9. Hello Station shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods because of flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Hello Station.

The High Court of judicature at Chennai alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
