Before you start shopping, you need to register yourself with us and provide information that will allow us to communicate with you regarding your transactions. On registration you will be provided user id & password. This information will be kept private on hello station's secure servers. a. Find an item - www.hellostation.co.in is designed to be very user friendly. All products are categorized based on segment. Related items to selected products are shown in the right hand side of the screen. Further product reviews lodged by other users can be viewed to make an informed and best selection. The top link to product categories and sub categories is provided to quickly and easily locate the product you are looking for. Alternatively you can type the key word of the desired product in the search option provided in the top right hand side of the web page. We welcome you to contact us if the product you are looking for is not available on our site or if you require more information about a featured product.

b. Learn about the item you found - Before you buy, take the time to know as much as possible about the item to make an informed decision, pay attention to the price, description, image, warranty terms, shipping details, etc

c. Add to cart - To order a product you have to click on "add to cart" button. You will be taken to your shopping cart page. To buy some more product click on "continue shopping". You can edit the quantity or remove a product from the shopping cart by entering the revised quantity or checking the "remove" box. Please click on "update" button to view your revised shopping cart and then press the key "checkout".

d. Shipping address - You need to specify the address where you want the product to be shipped. Your shipping address will be pre-populated from your registration address, which can be edited. If you want to send the item at a different address, you can enter the same. All your shipping addresses are stored in your account with us. So next time when you want to ship another product to the same addressee you just need to select from the list of addresses.

We take utmost care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in a perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility of the item being damaged during transit. After investigation and at the sole discretion of customer support department of hello station, we may offer replacement of your order.

Hello station.com reserves all rights for order cancellation. In case you want to cancel the order you need to give the reference of your order number to customer support. However, if you have requested for order cancellation, charges applicable will be flat 10% of the product price.

8. What should I do if my order has been delivered early or late?

We make best possible effort to ensure that the products are delivered in time. However, there can be instances of delay due to unavoidable circumstances. We regret the inconvenience caused.

9. What should I do if I get something else instead of my order?

We will make best possible effort to ensure that the correct order is sent to your shipping address. However if there is a mismatch in the order received at your end, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up from your end and re-dispatch the same without any additional cost. Please contact customer support incase of wrong order received.

10. What is the accepted mode of payment?

We currently accept online payment using master & visa cards only

11. What is the shipping charge?

Shipping & handling charges is free for all purchases of Rs 1500 & above. Rs 100 per order will be charged for purchases less than Rs 1500

12. What is the estimated delivery time for an order?

The estimated delivery time unless and otherwise specified in the product information is seven working days from the date of order.

13. Can I send the order to a different address other than the registration address?

Yes, you can send the order to an address different than the registration address. We can also arrange to gift pack your orders. Shipping details & special packaging particulars have to be provided when placing orders.
